Ricky Edward Osburn, 49, passed away Monday, December 29, 2008 in San Antonio, TX. Ricky was born in Los Angeles, CA to Clarence Edward Osburn and Kathaleen Armstrong. He is survived by his father, Clarence E. Osburn; mother, Kathaleen Moore; sons, Marshall Edward, Colt Edward, and Gage Edward; grandmother, Della Armstrong; sister, Lisa Osburn; nephews, Beau Kester and Tyrel McCain; and great nephew, Ian Riley Kester.

Mary Frances Wood departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ December 17, 2008. She was born November 1, 1950 in Burnet, having just turned 58. She was the daughter of Luke and Billie Leanox. Joy Kathy Fisher was born on August 13, 1957 and passed away on December 10, 2008 She is survived by her daughter, Kandy Whited of Austin; mother, Margie Huckabay of Blanco; father, Bill Cochran of Austin; sisters, Lynda Cochran of Blanco, Peggy Johnson of Austin, and Debbie Trowbridge of Austin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Richard Lynn Wagner, 69, passed away December 12 in Fredericksburg. Richard was a machinist in Austin for most of his career after serving in the Marine Corp. He was proud of raising his two girls by himself and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his two daughters: Lynette Wilson of Blanco and Brenda Brought of San Antonio; a sister, Jo Annelle Bennett of Pearsall; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Aileen Westmoreland Vogt, 85, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2008 in Johnson City, TX. She was born in San Antonio, TX to Joseph Magee and Bessie Rose Hlavackova and was raised in Yoakum, TX. Harry Lee Smith, 81, of Boerne died Saturday, December 6, 2008, following a massive stroke. He was born in Port Arthur, Texas, and served in the Army Air Force before he was honorably discharged in 1946. After earning his bachelor and master’s degrees from the University of Texas, he worked as a petroleum geologist in Corpus Christi, where he raised his family. Ruth V. Allred Hale of Kendalia, born on February 14, 1920, passed away peacefully at the age of 88 on December 1, 2008, after a 2-year bout with duodenal cancer. She worked at making a home for her husband and two children. She also took in two different nieces and grandchildren, and sent them to school.

Alfred Dale Moritz, 65, passed away in Fredericksburg November 28, 2008. He was born in Houston December 31, 1942 to Henry and Elsie Moritz. He was a master electrician. He is survived by two sons: D.J. Moritz of Fredericksburg, David Deckard of Magnolia; two daughters: Lisa Ashley of Arizona and Donna Moritz of Magnolia; two brothers: Roy Moritz of Montgomery and Raymond Moritz of Navasota; and three grandchildren.

Bobby Wood joyously stepped across the threshold of Heaven and entered his eternal home November 19, 2008. His Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, was waiting and welcomed him with open arms and a loving smile. Bobby, 52 years old, was born November 3, 1956 in Las Vegas, Nevada and gave the Lord complete control of his life when he was eight years old. After a whirlwind courtship of eight weeks, Bobby married Sharon, the love of his life.
